The body also absorbs aluminium when using antiperspirants that contain it \u2013 however, in much smaller amounts compared to the intake from food. Most of it is excreted through the kidneys.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aluminium that is not excreted can accumulate over time in certain organs and tissues, particularly in bone tissue and the brain.
